How quickly can I expect Divine Weight Control to work?

We recommend taking all supplements with a meal. You may take them all at once or split them up during the day. To ensure effectiveness, the supplements should be taken twice a day before meals - one before breakfast and one before dinner.

We always recommend taking our supplements with a meal and not on an empty stomach. Taking vitamins with food not only helps to dissolve the tablets and absorb the nutrients, but can help decrease any gastrointestinal discomfort. However, if you are taking most or all of the supplements in your packet with one meal, and you experience GI discomfort, we would recommend splitting up the tablets and ingesting a few of the tablets at different meal times throughout the day.
